The FBI has concluded their investigation of a noose found in NASCAR Cup Series Driver Darrell "Bubba" Wallace's Garage Stall. It has been determined that the noose was not there as a symbol of a hate crime, it was simply there to pull the door closed.

This video will discuss why Bubba Wallace continues to be the victim, despite doing nothing at all to encourage it, as well as NASCAR's misguided attempt at getting out in front of this story and the actual genuine reaction of the NASCAR community toward's its only black driver.
