We sit down and re-visit one of the older tuning car video games that was released back in 1999, "Option Tuning Car Battle 2"! This was one of the first true racing games that introduced the concept of modifying cars with parts from famed tuners like Top Secret, VeilSide, Mine's, HKS and more. Since it was only released in Asia, I thought it'd be cool to show everyone what this game was all about and its unique, and quirky, features.
