traveled to NYC to tune Shavkat's evo 8 2.3L with R2 cams. GT3586 t3 single scroll t3, tial 38mm wastgate, 3" downpipe and exhaust

tuning issues faced:

1) strap broke during pull and car came off dyno
2) fuel was 70-72% ethanol , mixture wasn't good
3) wastegate spring rate was 15lb and couldn't hold boost over 32psi
