"How to repaint rusted chrome wheel to black" is as follows.

1: First of all, Sand the rusty rim with #150.
2: Sanding other plating parts with #320.
3: Apply with epoxy primer.
4: Sanding with #320 and #600.
5: Paint the whole with black paint.
6: Paint the whole with transparent paint.

This wheel cannot be installed on Toyota, Nissan, Honda cars. It also doesn't seem to support Volvo, BMW or Mercedes.
