Jawa Perak Latest Updates
Jawa will soon commence dealership and service operations amid the COVID-19 lockdown. It has already started 20-25 dealerships in select cities after securing permissions from local authorities. Customers can book the bobber for a token amount of Rs 10,000. Deliveries, on the other hand, will commence post-April 2, 2020. Bookings will be capped so we'd hurry if we were you. The Perak is priced at Rs 1.94 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), which is Rs 5,000 more than what Jawa had quoted 12 months ago.

It has taken Jawa 12 months to launch the Perak, the company's first factory custom bobber. Derived from the standard Jawa, the Perak gets a revised design, a larger motor, and slightly better components.

The Perak features a blacked-out theme and comes with a tan-coloured single seat, blacked-out engine, exhaust and spoke wheels. The instrument console features a minimalistic design with just the speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge. The 334cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor is larger than the Jawa and Jawa Forty Two's 293cc motor. It also makes more power and torque than the other two bikes at 30PS and 31Nm. While it gets the same 6-speed gearbox and double-cradle frame from the other two Jawas, the Perak features a longer swingarm. There’s a telescopic fork at the front while the rear features a monoshock. Braking is via front and rear disc brakes with ABS as standard.

It gets a 334cc liquid cooled single cylinder motor that makes 30PS and 31Nm of torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Underpinnings include a new double cradle frame suspended with telescopic front forks and rear monoshock damper. Braking is via front and rear disc brake with standard ABS.
