2. Woodlawn Vase - Horse Riding Trophy - $2.5M (£2m)
This horse racing trophy was created by Tiffany and Co. in 1860 and first awarded in 1861. However, because of the American civil war, the trophy had to be buried and was hidden for quite a long time. The trophy eventually made it into a present and used for ceremonial trophy to the winner of the Preakness Stakes every year. Even though the winner can’t keep this trophy, they are given a replica to keep.

3. Borg-Warner Trophy - Motorsport - $1.3 million (£1m)
This trophy was first appear to the public in 1936, and it is now worth over $1.3 million. This sterling silver motorsport trophy was first awarded in 1936 when it was created by BorgWarner. It’s presented to the winner of the annual Indianapolis 500-mile race or widely known as the indy 500. The race winners don’t get to keep the trophy, but they are given a miniature replica to keep.

4. BNP Paribas Fortis Diamond Games trophy - $1.3 million (£1m)
This tennis games trophy was created to award any female player who could win the singles tournament 3 times within a five year period. It was last won by Amélie Mauresmo in 2007 who won the tournament on three consecutive occasions. The trophy is designed in the shape of a tennis racquet with a tennis ball in the centre. It’s made from gold and encrusted with over 1,700 diamonds. After Amelie brings the trophy, the game had design a new thropy in 2008.

5. Stanley Cup Trophy - $23,478 (£18,000)
This trophy is presented to the winning team of the NHL ice hockey tournament in Canada every year. This trophy has been a legendary for many people as it is over 100 years old. This expensive trophy sure dos not only cost a lot of money but also full of history and heritage.
