In this video I preview the Mk8 Golf R and share with you some information I've not heard anywhere else. I get my words mixed up when talking about modes - what I meant to say was the R has Sport mode and quite possibly also a Race mode (can you blame me for getting confused?!). Normally selecting Sport as a driving mode also puts the gearbox in Sport mode, on the R it doesn't as it stays in Drive (D). (I also called Race mode R mode, oops!)
