A 3D animation to show what could have happened if Max Verstappen crashed the other way around on the main straight at the Baku City Circuit in Azerbaijan. Enjoy the Crashalong!

On Lap 46, Verstappen crashes out of lead after left rear failure. There were numerous people noting he could have hit the barrier on the opposite side. Using a simple analysis in this CG scene, I was amazed to find out how easily Max could have gone straight towards the pit entry. Do you agree with this analysis and what do you think caused Verstappen to spin right and Stroll left?
