"Anything that can go wrong will go wrong" – The Murphy’s Law doesn’t apply only to everyday life. Working on an AI project is not safe (at all) and I frequently meet my “old friend” Murphy. Discover with Virginie all that can (and will) go wrong on an image classification or object detection task with convolutional neural networks. After a PhD in Neural Networks and Genetic Algorithms, Virginie Mathivet taught AI (among other things) for more than 10 years. She is now Chief R&D Officer for Teamwork, and manager of the “Data Squad Tribe”, the team around IoT, Big Data, and IA/ML/DL. She’s also a writer and a speaker.
